My granddaughter bought me a massage for Christmas and when I tried to call her the mailbox was full. I went to her website and she had taken it down. This lady is a scammer, I sent her a message on Facebook twice and she will not respond. Her name is Tiffany Gaa Baker. She has done this to several people. SCAMMER
I showed up for my appointment. No one there. Could not reach anyone. I sat there for 45 minutes in the parking lot hoping to reach someone. I was even 10 minutes early. I am sure if i had decided to no call no show they would have expected me to pay for their lost time and revenue. My time is just valuable to me. I would recommend any place but reflex with a twist.
I've gone to them a few times since they opened, and I've had better massages and worse massages. But it's close to me. My issue is that they will rarely if ever get back to you. I had 2 appointmensts this month scheduled, the last one was 5 minutes before I got there and I got cancelled AGAIN. No call, reschedule follow up, nothing. I have called, texted and emailed over the 2 year period they've been open and not one time did I get a response. If you don't work and don't have to take off or work around your schedule, or you don't care that theres a 95% chance you won't get a response then this is definetly for you.
I had a great massage at this place. The entrance was clean and inviting. I can’t remember the lady’s name who did my massage but she was very professional and gave me the best massage I ever had. She played my choice of music and I had the full hour of massage.
I bought a Groupon for this place and it was very lacking in several areas! I walked in and the place was gross, cluttered, their was "crap" everywhere. I couldn't sit properly in the chair because it was broke...not to mention their was a cat starring at me the whole time I was filling out my paperwork. I asked to upgrade to the aroma therapy massage with essential oils and they didn't have the oils I wanted as she said she left them at home. The massage was okay....the music stopped in the middle of my massage and she said "hang on and I will go turn the music back on"....so she walked out in the middle of my massage. I understand "you get what you pay for", but this was a nightmare!!!
